Percy SIBANDA is a cosmetic chemist with a background in both science and law, and over 20 years of experience in the cosmetic and personal care industry earned in Europe and Africa. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Applied Chemistry, a Bachelor of Commerce in Law (First Class Pass), and a Diploma in Cosmetic Science, and is currently furthering his studies towards a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). His academic training in science and law has shaped a practical, interdisciplinary approach to cosmetic regulation and compliance.
